In addition to this we carry out our own audits of numerous suppliers throughout the year to ensure compliance with our expectation of food safety standards.
We have a dedicated Quality Department who monitor all food safety and quality aspects of supplier approval and ongoing monitoring. We are fully compliant with food safety legislation and globally recognised food safety standards. Our food safety policy focuses on our commitments to maintaining a stringent quality management system. To ensure the integrity of our quality management system, we undergo an annual independent audit against the BRCGS Agent and Broker Standard which we have been accredited to since 2016.
We also comply with legal and customer codes of practice as specified by our clients and we always strive to deliver an excellent customer service.
